This room runs on fictional sample data. When your campaign signs, the same room runs on yours: every supporter by ward and polling unit, every name carrying its consent record. One candidate per seat. Every contact consented. Every record auditable.

Five more rooms behind the switcher. Assembly. Reps. Senate. Presidential. LGA.

Why this exists

Billboards are priced out. They never gave you a name.

  • Abia, presidential permit₦200m
  • Cross River, Kogi, Enugu₦150m
  • Rivers, presidential₦75m
  • Anambra, presidential₦50m
  • Lagos, application and inspection₦510k

ARCON began removing unapproved political billboards on 1 September 2026. None of that spending collects a phone number.

What the same money buys instead

Meta reaches a thousand Nigerians for about $1.50, roughly fifteen times cheaper than the United States. ₦60m reaches about 29 million people, and every one of them can be asked for a name, a ward and a priority. One Abia permit would fund a presidential-level engagement, with change left over.

Capture
Six web tools voters actually use: a priorities quiz, a report-a-problem map, a budget simulator, a volunteer hub, a polling-unit finder, and a share-with-five link.
Organise
Every supporter by ward and polling unit, tagged by issue, with the consent record attached to the name.
Activate
Consented SMS, Telegram, email and peer-to-peer sharing. No WhatsApp API. That is prohibited for political campaigns, and we tell you so.
Report
What came in, what was done, what it cost, by ward. Published quarterly by the campaign.

Questions

What campaigns ask us.

Who owns the voter data?
Your campaign does. You are the data controller; we are the processor. We never reuse, sell or transfer it to another candidate, and we delete or hand it over on your instruction.
Can you send WhatsApp messages to voters?
No. And nobody lawfully can at scale. Meta prohibits political parties, candidates and campaign-strategy vendors from the WhatsApp Business API. We use opt-in SMS, Telegram, email and manual WhatsApp through the campaign's own account.
Will you work for my opponent?
No. One candidate per seat. We turn down everyone else for that seat, in writing.
Is this legal under Nigerian data protection law?
It is built to be, and the proof happens before we touch your data. Political opinions are sensitive personal data under the NDPA 2023. Consent is captured separately and recorded. We file a DPIA with the NDPC and work under a written processor agreement, signed off by a certified DPO, and we show you the signed documents before the first record is collected.
Do we have to give you our ad account?
Visibility, not control. We ask for a reporting-role partner seat so we can see spend and results. We never take admin and we never carry your media spend.
How long before we see a list?
Audit in five days. Tools live in two to three weeks. A working list of several thousand verified contacts typically takes twelve weeks of consistent capture.
We already have a social media team.
Good. They keep reach and community; we do the data layer and the election-day plan, under a written budget protocol so we never bid against each other.
Can I invest in POLARIZZ?
Yes. Capital for infrastructure and compliance, returns tied to paying campaigns. Write to info@missionctrl.com.ng with the subject line “POLARIZZ investment”.
